MALIBU, Calif. - (Business Wire) Registration is now open for the 2010 Edition of the Malibu International Marathon and Half Marathon to be held on November 14^th, 2010, in Malibu, California. This race has been tagged the “Run to Paradise,” a course between beautiful mountain cliffs and views of the Pacific Ocean.

Now is the best time for registered runners to start training for their half and full marathons. Forever Runners, the organizer of the Malibu International Marathon.

Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Staged at London Bridge Beach, both the Half Marathon and 5k course will take you out and around the island. The 5k participants will make their way back to London Bridge Beach and the Half Marathoners will continue on over the World Famous London Bridge and down London Bridge Road, the original highway in and out of Lake Havasu. This is an out and back course with beautiful views in both directions. And you’ll be happy to know you do not go back around the island on the return.

Start Times: 1/2 Marathon - 9:00 a.m. 5K - 9:15 a.m. Kids Fun Run - 11:30 a.m.

This race features a USATF certified 13.1 mile circuit course on scenic Pennsylvania Dutch roads, past a one room schoolhouse and over a covered bridge. It is a beautiful run. Chip timing provided by score-this. Split time provided for 1/2 way point.

The Race: Mount Vernon to Old Town Alexandria to National Harbor and over the Potomac River on the Wilson Bridge.

Limit 4,000 runners on the start line
